Thank you for your interest in applying to Johnson College! PLEASE NOTE: The Radiologic Technology Program is filled for the Fall 2020 semester. At this time, we are no longer accepting applications for this program. Before beginning the online application, you will need the following:

* Email Address

**In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are waiving all application fees at this time.**

Please contact the Enrollment Office if:

* You have already applied and want to change your major.

* You do not have a Social Security number or email address.

* You wish to receive your application via email or have one mailed to you.

* You have technical difficulties and cannot complete the online application (after trying to use another web browser).
