Congratulations on your acceptance into Johnson College! Your academic profile confirms your commitment to personal and educational growth. We are excited to have you as part of our Johnson College community and we are confident you will make a valuable addition to our campus.
We are pleased to announce that for the 2021-2022 Academic Year, we will be welcoming students back on campus for in-person learning. Throughout the 2021-2022 academic year, we will once again be offering in-person lecture courses in addition to online options.
The College is committed to delivering on its mission of providing students with real world, hands-on learning in a caring environment. The enhanced course offerings will increase flexibility for students, while continuing to prioritize their safety and provide them with a learning environment that delivers the greatest opportunity for success. General Education and program theory classes will have on-campus and online options, while labs and lab related coursework will continue to be delivered in-person, in a safe manner, whether on the Johnson College campus or at one of our industry partner locations.
The College's plan for Academic Year 2021-2022 will continue to include:
• Following all local, state and federal recommendations and guidelines when it comes to COVID-19 mitigation strategies
• The Facilities Department will continue to follow all CDC cleaning guidelines for campus
• The student Café will not operate as normal. Students will be permitted to bring their own food and use the dining area. Tables and chairs will be set up within social distancing guidelines.
• A self-service grab and go option with items stocked daily is available to students in the cafeteria.
• Housing will not be available for the 2021-2022 Academic Year. Students who need housing should reach out to the Office of Student Engagement for other options.
